green enchiladas

i usually opt for making my own enchilada sauce because let’s be honest those canned sauces are gross-me-out. i was hesitant to buy these but hey what the hell, i was willing to try them. so amazing. i made some cheese and onion enchiladas last night for dinner. go and buy some and enjoy the great flavor.

because i’ve been fucking up so bad with food. those damn girl scouts mock me and tempt me with those chocolatey minty cookies. we have a fridge filled with veggies and other healthy goodies but all i can think about are cheeseburgers and cookies.
i haven’t even weighed myself. i will tomorrow morning. i need to get these wheels a rolling because i feel like a major shithead....

i skipped lunch today
i know it wasn’t the healthiest thing to do but i was not hungry at all. i had a pack of Teddy Grahams instead. The Zo was not pleased i ate his last pack.
i came in at 183.2 this week. San Diego was not my best in the healthy food department.

the food in my belly
i just chowed on some chinese food. i didn’t count calories. i hate myself for it but the food just tasted so good. i have to eat a super light dinner now.
i’m pretty sure the reason behind my bad eating has been because i haven’t gone shopping. we will be moving this weekend and i will be working this week and well i just find it easier to grab something quick and delicious...

really? i did like it but i hate when they do songs like a musical in real life instead of just performing them on stage. i liked artie throwing himself into the pool.
