it just seems like there is so much working against me. the first week of the new year started off pretty badly as far as exercise goes. i was doing so well waking up at 5am to go to the gym a couple months ago. i’ve been so exhausted lately because Enzo has decided to start waking up all night long so when 5am rolls around i just snooze my alarm and well, no gym for me.
so i kept thinking i’d do a workout video on demand in the morning while the kiddo ate breakfast. ummm, since when did we downgrade our cable and lose our on-demand channels? oh yeah in December when we decided we needed to downsize most of our expenses. CRAP!!
FINE! i was planning on starting fresh this week. i was up early and headed to the gym so stoked to finally get my first workout in for the year. the gym was closed, lights off, no one there at all. the guy who opens the gym in the mornings had some sort of personal problem and couldn’t be there. UGH!
so i went for a walk. i guess it’s a pretty great slow, ease into it start to exercising but still it’s been a challenge. as far as my eating goes i’ve been doing really great keeping under my daily calories except for that one day where i went 600calories over. whoops.
