yup i’m over in calories today

and i wasn’t (won’t be) able to get to the gym either. i’m super stressed out about it too. i’ve been like a bottomless pit all day. for example

  • waffle
  • drumstick ice cream
  • black bean burrito w/ sour cream
  • hummus w/ritz crackers 
  • club sandwich (ooooh Bacon!)
  • tortilla chips
  • Reese’s PB cup

it may not be a lot but it sure pack on a ton of calories. then because i didn’t exercise it just makes it worse. i hate having a gym member ship and not being able to use it even though i really want to. i’m currently trying to get the Zo to sleep in until 7am so i can go to the gym early. instead he wakes up at 12am, 2am then finally 5am.

i hate going to the gym too late because then i can’t sleep and i know i need as much sleep as possible when i wake up 3 times a night.
