the food in my belly

i just chowed on some chinese food. i didn’t count calories. i hate myself for it but the food just tasted so good. i have to eat a super light dinner now.

i’m pretty sure the reason behind my bad eating has been because i haven’t gone shopping. we will be moving this weekend and i will be working this week and well i just find it easier to grab something quick and delicious than have to meal plan and go shopping. i know this, i hate it but i know this, so we have remedied this week of bad decisions.

the husband and I are planning on starting a new challenge. we are going to start a vegetarian/pescatarian diet {ok who am i kidding, we will allow for chicken 1-2x per week} for two months. starting Feb 1 we will jump start our new diet in our new place and begin dropping those pounds. i’m pretty excited about this but knowing my history with challenges i know it will be hard to stick to. ugh. i’m so lazy.

anyway, i’m looking for some great workout music. suggestions are welcomed. what have you been listening to lately?
