Still Alive
Hey guys - it’s been 192384729374 days since I last posted and I wanted you to know I haven’t forgotten about you all! Thank you all for the messages of concern.
Life just got so busy and it’s easy to let that cause me to slack in working out and eating right.
I’ll post more later but I miss you all and thank you for the notes!
